Delivery and returns:

Jewels are sent around 3 working days after receiving the payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been packaged and dispatched.

The website is set up for Paypal payments, but if you don’t have Paypal, just contact me and we’ll arrange a different option: Twint, Revolut or Mastercard.

I offer free shipping within Switzerland (delivery with signature).

International track and sign delivery: 15 CHF in Europe and 20 CHF for the rest of the world.

The eventual import taxes are at the responsibility of the buyer, and I am not responsible for delays at customs.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase and would like an exchange or refund, please contact me before returning the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
